Now

Co-founding Keybento & exploring Cambodia's agribusiness frontier.

Hi, I'm Hervé (pronounced "Air-vay") — a Frenchman living in London, born to Cambodian parents, and shaped by a life spent crossing borders, cultures, and industries.

My friends describe me as curious, positive, and passionate — and I think they're right, though those words only tell part of the story. Growing up in a Paris neighbourhood full of first-generation kids taught me to treasure the diversity of people's mindsets. Moving to Madrid at 20, then London at 25, deepened that appreciation.

I spent 7 years in investment banking at BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan in Madrid and London, working alongside Private Equity firms and businesses during some of their most pivotal transitions. That experience taught me to see around corners — and to move decisively when opportunity presents itself.

I also started and run my own family business with my life partner. I understand intimately why founders care so deeply about building something that will thrive long into the future.

My dad always said: "Chase any negative thoughts out of your mind and you'll always smile." I carry that with me — alongside a belief in staying fully present, never regretting the past or anxious about what's next.
